Models of Service
Different clients need different levels of service. Some want traditional representation, some want transparency and flexibility, and others simply want advice. These are the primary ways we can work together. All services rendered after initial 2 hour consultation that you can book here.
1. Traditional Agent (TREM) with contingency
This is the traditional real estate model. I help buy or sell the property and am paid through commission when the transaction closes. Most services are bundled together into one full-service package. The agent works for free in hopes you buy or sell.
Key Component: Percentage-based commission paid at closing. Some conflict of interest.
2. By the Hour
You pay only for the time and services you actually use. Services are broken down individually so you can choose what you want help with and where your money is being spent. This model focuses heavily on transparency and flexibility. Shared responsibility with client for satisfied outcome.
Key Component: Optional ways to pay. Pay only for the services used or through retainer.
3. Advice Only (Education)
This model is strictly consulting and education. I provide advice, strategy, planning, second opinions, and guidance, but I do not handle the transaction itself. The goal is unbiased advice. Hire us for advice and hire a Realtor for the sale.
Key Component: Unbiased advice. Payment promise to IKG if the advice was helpful. Partner with your Realtor.
